The general objective of the project is the research and development of an architecture that can suppose an accelerator of development of future technologies and applications applied to the health environment and in particular to the elderly and dependent; and research into the ICT technologies necessary for its development. These technologies will promote the efficient development of applications, improving sustainability, the exchange of information and facilitating older people a new way of accessing information tools. The architecture resulting from the project may be applied to other environments in which people interact actively or passively with the IoT, thus allowing the analysis of multiple sources of heterogeneous data.

SAINWEP promotes international cooperation, connecting a Spanish company (Xtrem), leader in its environment, with a Canadian company (Clinisys), specialist in the application of technology to the health sector.
Public Business Entity, dependent on the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, which promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies. CDTI channels the requests for funding and support for R&D&i projects of Spanish companies in the national and international spheres.
INNOGLOBAL provides grants for international business projects oriented to the market, presented by a single Spanish company, within an international consortium. These projects can include both industrial research and experimental development activities.
Acts in the project as the leader, focusing its efforts on the research and development of open architecture, applying its wide experience in the development of systems.
Provides experience in architecture, system development and data analysis to the project. It is responsible for the development of the analytical module.
Provides the participation of clinical researchers and dependence professionals, in order to verify the process of taking requirements and the results obtained.
It offers a real testing environment for the prototypes and applications that will be developed throughout the project, thus validating the quality of the results.
